 What do I need to do to get started with my sign? Getting started is simple!

Getting started with your personalized carved sign is easy.

2nd Choose your sign BACKGROUND AND TEXT COLORS: background color, text color, top trim (optional)

3rd ADD TO CART! Its that simple!

Your Designer will contact you within 24 hours to review your options; afterwards, you will be emailed a colored rendering proof of your sign design for you to approve before production begins.

3D Decorations Are Here! Make Your Sign Unique!

Imagine being able to add a 3D decoration to your sign to make it unique! Simply, discuss your creative ideas with the Designer.

What material(s) are the signs made of?

Unless specifically requested, our signs are made of PVC and painted with long-lasting exterior paints and lettering enamels and 23K gold leaf upon request. High density urethane (HDU), MDF and Cedar are also available depending upon sign use. Most of our signs are carved PVC and used for exterior applications as mounted wall plaques or mounted on lawns with additional posts and caps.

Can your design team design my sign from me?

Yes, if you don’t see a sign on the website that appeals to you, we can custom design to your specifications. Our design process includes a thorough Design Consultation including renderings and proofs for you to approve before production begins.

What is included in the price of the sign?

All of our pricing is in $USD and include shipping. All signs are single-sided unless you specifically request a double-sided sign. Prices change if you change the size of the sign, if the sign is double-sided, if you add posts and caps to a lawn mounted sign, metal scroll sign brackets, 23K gold leaf or sculpted add-on images. Your Designer will review each aspect of the design including pricing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Signs are shipped UPS or USPS directly to your door. Signs will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If during transit a sign is damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the sign. A damage claim including photos will be filed with the Carrier. We will repair or replace the sign.

What if I find a mistake on my sign?

If our Designers render a sign that you approve for production, we will replace or repair and additional charges will apply. If we made the mistake and overlooked it during production then we will replace the sign free of charge.

What if I want a larger sign than shown on the website?

We offer a variety of sizes. All signs can be sized to fit your needs. Contact us and let us know what you need and we will let you know if we can accommodate you and what it will cost.

Am I limited to the amount of text?

Yes, there are text limits depending upon the style, size of the sign and the composition of the design.

How will I mount the sign?

Our mounting options include rear key-hole slots for mounted wall plaques, posts and caps for lawn mounted signs and metal sign brackets depending upon the type of sign. Your Designer will review all of your options during your Design Consultation.

What do you do with personal information?

Your privacy is of utmost importance and we only collect it in order to complete your order. We respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information.

Can you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we can ship outside of the US. We would be happy to provide a price to ship to your country. Email us and we will let you know what it costs.

When will you ship my sign?

Once you have approved your custom design proof, production will begin and it will be delivered within 7-14 days from date of proof approval. If you need your sign sooner, let the Designer know and they will add an additional “Rush” charge to your sign’s pricing. Orders shipped within Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax. All custom order sales are final.
